Reuben in the Fairy Glen

Today was Reuben's day, he went to
the cinema with Michael, and then
chose a walk with me to The Fairy Glen
in Castletown. We walked with Zola down
the Avenue, and into the beautiful Glen.
Little Buddha

I'm not sure if these boxes are for
birds or bats.......

And then the walk home....
Thank you Reuben.

Happy Mother's Day

I hope all Mother's were appreciated today...

Cal's 30 second card!
Reuben spent so long making this card,
the photo is blurred and doesn't do it any
justice. He then picked me a daffodil, which I always
associate with Mother's day when I was a child.

Saul made this at playschool, he
is so proud of his beautiful colouring..

Aubrey started making me a card
and then gave it to someone else....

It is spring.....

Can I help?

Paddy Teddy wants to plant some please Daddy

Saul took great pride in helping Michael plant
seeds at the weekend. But by yesterday he had
played with the clay and that was the end that!

Cal's photography project

I have no idea how the rainbow colours have appeared
in the image. He called this, 'I said smile!'

This is my favourite. I'm not sure which one he will
select to use. it is between this one and the one of Saul.
He has an image of our dog which his classmates think
he should use because she is so cute..... and when Michael
said, its just our dog, you should have seen Cal's indignant
look. He said she is so unique because she has a damaged ear!
I'm not sure what the competition is for, but there are 500 schools
taking part, and its something I'm really excited about......

Still with Paddy's day...

Ready for action

The last leg of the journey home...

At last, my treat!

Lots more from our day...

Michael and Saul
Someone in their element!

When is it over?

I'm hungry....

How cute am I?

St Patrick's Day Celebrations

Zola found herself a welcome seat!
Last year she was in the Parade with
Cal and Reuben and their Karate Club!
Aideen stayed over and came with us.

One of the 'costumes' I ended up making
on Sunday night up until Midnight. Boys
announced they needed to be dressed up
Monday morning, and after our pointless
trip to Tesco as it was sold out of all
the flags etc, I improvised. All I need now
is to be organised for next year and to hit
the American tourist market early!
I'd be rich.......
